Privacy and cookie policy

Updated: 14 October 2026. This policy describes data processing on the ID SUCCESS website.

Who is responsible

Website operator: ID SUCCESS. Questions, rights requests and deletion requests: creation@id-success.eu; telephone +371 24903970.

Contact form

We receive the name, email, phone number, website address and message you provide, to answer your enquiry and discuss a potential order. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive information. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); for other enquiries, our legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f)). Analytics consent is not required to use the form. We need a name, email and message to process a form enquiry; you may alternatively call us.

Security and recipients

Hosting and email providers technically process messages and server logs. Logs may include IP addresses, timestamps and requested URLs for operation and security, based on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). The form rate limiter stores an IP hash and attempt timestamps in temporary server storage; its active limiting window is one hour. It does not store message content. We do not sell your data.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics is enabled only with separate consent (Article 6(1)(a)); its tag is not loaded before consent or after rejection. At this revision, no measurement ID is connected and analytics is inactive. When connected, browser identifiers, page views, device and visit information may be processed. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in the website code. Provider: Google Ireland Limited. Processing outside the EEA may occur; applicable Google processing and transfer terms must be checked when connecting the property.

Cookies and preferences

id-success-consent is a localStorage record in your browser containing the policy version, choice timestamp and analytics preference. It expires after 180 days and saves your preferences without identifying you for analytics. After consent, Google Analytics may use _ga and _ga_<identifier> for visit measurement, for up to 180 days under the website settings. Withdrawing consent removes accessible _ga cookies and stops future analytics; previously sent data is not automatically deleted.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence should be deleted within 12 months after the matter is resolved, unless a contract, dispute or statutory retention duty requires otherwise. The owner must regularly clear the mailbox to implement this period. Technical log retention depends on hosting settings; ask the operator for details. Analytics retention will be specified once the property is configured; until then it remains disconnected.

Your choices and rights

Cookie settings are available on every page. Consent is optional, refusal does not restrict the website, and you may withdraw consent. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to legitimate-interest processing. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Requests are normally answered within one month, subject to GDPR exceptions. This website does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. You may complain to the Latvian supervisory authority, Datu valsts inspekcija (dvi.gov.lv).
